Biography — Edgar Allan Poe

__Edgar Allan Poe was dead on the street in the year 1849. No one knew the reason why he died, some people thought he was drunk, some people thought he was murdered, others think he had a mental problem. No one knows.

__His life was very poor since his parents left him. He lived with his mother’s sister Muddy. In his childhood, his sweetheart Elmira left him because her father threw her letters away, so Elmira thought Poe had forgotten her, so she married another man, and became rich.

__Poe loved to write. He wrote many horror stories and stories about lost love. He often wrote cruelly about other writers and said they were worthless. His behavior made him enemies.

__Poe married Virginia who was older than Poe. After the death of Virginia, Poe worked to earn money to support himself and Muddy. Poe found out that he couldn't earn enough money, so he planned to marry a rich woman. He remembered his childhood sweetheart, Elmira. Elmira accepted him, but he died a week later.
